Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Boxhero account, navigate to your order history, and select the 'Return Item' button to generate your unique return authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original box with all tags attached and include a copy of your packing slip to ensure faster processing.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your return portal to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
